What if the store near me has the parts I need but their prices are different?

If our online price is higher than your local store’s price, we’ll match their price
automatically. Just place your order for pickup at that store. Once the order has been processed,
we’ll match the lower price(s) and send you an email to confirm the changes.
If our price is lower than a CSK Auto or Advance Auto store’s price and you decide not
to order online, you can still receive the lower price. If the store has the items you need, just
note their part numbers and prices before you go. Tell a store associate that you saw a lower price
on their website and give them the details. If they have questions, they should contact PartsAmerica
Customer Service at 877.808.0698.
What about lower prices at a competitor's store or website?
PartsAmerica.com is committed to offering you the lowest price anywhere and we will match a lower
advertised price from any of our competitors. If you see the exact same item you need from PartsAmerica.com
advertised at a lower price, either before the time of purchase or within 30 days after, simply email PartsAmerica.com
Customer Service. We will be happy to match
the competitor’s price upon confirming it through a published or online advertisement. "Exact same item" refers to
merchandise of the same brand, part number, and warranty. Unfortunately, we can not extend this offer for free shipping,
shipping discounts, purchase discounts including competitor coupons, clearance prices, specially priced items, wholesale or otherwise tax-exempt prices,
or members-only club pricing.
